I have two Southland beauties. Belle(daughter of Bowen) is being shown in Obedience and also she and I are now a new Pet Partner Therapy team with www.midsouththerapydogs.org. Check us out at that address. Tanner, my handsome Bowen grandson is also doing Obedience, Herding & Rally. He is going for his Collie Versatility Certificate. These dogs have stolen my heart! These dogs are so smart and sweet but full of spirit. I know Lex! What a boy!!! Take good care of him. Thanks to my friend, Mike, at Southland for my new passion for my retirement years ...training, showing, doing Therapy work with wonderful collies. Why would anyone want any dog but a collie? I love your dogs and your website .Keep up the good work.

I love what you have done with your collies, the mixing and blending of quality lines with your own beautifully bred Davenloch collies has brought our breed to a new HIGH..WELL DONE!!

Hi Dave: Thanks for letting us meet Lexington and his puppies (again). What an extraordinary dog Lex is - even to our untrained eye. I am not going to CCA National next year but we do have some plans for 2011.

It really is a small world. Was visiting Amy & Tom Andrews in Edmonton, & they had these 2 gorgeous collies on the back deck, laying in the sun. They were so beautiful, I asked to be introduced, and lo & behold the oldest was from Daveloch ! Imagine my pleasure... It's been a while, I miss you guys ! Just to let you know that it's been a month and a half since we brought Reagan home now. What a fantastic girl she is!!! An absolute joy to have around, and Molly and Zoe just love her to death - no problems with acceptance in this house!

Hello Dave,
We can not thank you enough for our beautiful Rocky. He is our joy, always happy and playful. We are so proud to show him off in the park and get compliments all the time.
Most important he is gentle with our cat and loves playing with children.
Healthy, playful, well behaved.Just perfect.

We love your site. Your dogs are beautiful. We are very interested in bringing a rough collie in to our home as a beloved family member. My husband grew up with a rough collie and within the next year or so we would love for our kids (8 and 10 years) to experience the joy of growing up with a collie as well.
